why do you ask me my mobile or contact phone? The international courier require us a telephone to contact for deliver or redeliver.

International shipments

If fullfilling your contact data you can not find your country, please contact us in International shipments to PO boxes are not allowed, unless they are Arab Emirates.

Why do you ask for my mobile or phone? This is due in case the courier company needs to contact you for a better time or date to deliver.

Time range of approximate shipments:

  • Europe 5 to 10 days.
  • Rest of the world, at least 15 days.

If the courier can´t deliver (international)

If you have a package that can not be delivered to the address indicated in your customer account as shipping, the package will be saved for a short period in the courier company and will try to redeliver. This is the reason why we ask for your phone. The courier may need to contact you to redeliver.

If a package is not claimed, you may have to pay a management fee. If the delivery can not be made, it will be automatically returned to Petty Things. The order will be automatically canceled with the receipt of the item. we will only refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping amount.


Orders placed in Spain will be delivered to people over 18 years of age, with a postal code in the Peninsula (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included).

If the courier can´t deliver (national)

If in Spain, and for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not deliver at home on Sundays.

Shipping conditions

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made Saturdays, Sundays or holidays

Once the payment has been prepared, we will send your order in a time already mentioned to the address you have indicated as the shipping address in your registered customer account. We will send you a shipping confirmation email.

If there are circumstances arising from the customization of your accessory, or unforeseen or any other extraordinary circumstances occur, we will contact you with the timing (in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation). Other ways, we will send the order and send you a shipping confirmation mail. Always within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected.
